Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones is an American actor. She's played a variety of soap opera roles, including Megan Dennison in The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester in The Bold and the Beautiful. She also portrayed the recurring part of Daphne on the second series of the HBO drama series True Blood. Ashley Jones received a Bachelor of Human Learning for K-8 at the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. She began her professional career as an educator for the county of Maury County where she taught kindergarten and the first graders Reading. After marrying the love of her life and UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones in 1998, she relocated from Thompsons Station to Thompsons Station. She began her teaching career in 4th level at Bethesda Elementary. The years 1999 and 2000 saw Ashley continued teaching as she earned her Masters of Teaching at Trevecca Nazarene University. However In 2000, they were able to welcome Baylor. Ashley has spent the last fifteen years serving communities, and was primarily concerned with children's growth in her church as well as in the community she lived in. Ashley has been an active leader of the Preschool as well as the Student Ministry of Thompson Station Church for over 13 years. Ashley homeschooled her three children during the time she was away at home. As they homeschooled, the kids attended a tutoring session during which Ashley taught History during Kindergarten and the First Grade. While she enjoyed homeschooling as well as spending time with her kids God has clearly shown their family members that it was the right time to re-enter school full time. Brent and Ashley are the parents of five children. Silas Eliza and Cruz are all pupils at GCA. Baylor a GCA graduate attends and participates in baseball for UT Martin. Callan as well as a GCA graduate studies at Western Kentucky University. The family is extremely engaged and they enjoy fishing, hunting and encouraging their friends in sporting events.
